File Upload

Upload YAML protocol files for N-of-1 experiments. Allows importing custom or community protocols and running them in the system.

Setup

1. Prepare a protocol YAML file based on the template. 2. Upload the file via integration settings. 3. The protocol will appear in the catalog and be available to run.

Data Provided

protocol definition (phases, metrics, evaluation)

Privacy & Security

The file is processed on the server. Protocols are stored linked to the user's account.
