An aggregate metric combining sleep duration, phase depth, latency, restfulness, and timing. Calculated by Oura Ring using proprietary algorithms based on accelerometry and photoplethysmography. 85+ is considered excellent; below 70 signals sleep deficit.
How to Improve
- Maintain consistent bedtime (±30 min) every day
- Avoid screens 1 hour before sleep
- Bedroom temperature 18–20°C
- No alcohol within 3+ hours of bedtime
