Oura Ring
Bearer Token
Import sleep, activity, readiness, stress, and HRV data from Oura Ring. Primary source of physiological data. Supports incremental sync — only new days are fetched.
Setup
1. Go to cloud.ouraring.com → Settings → Personal Access Tokens. 2. Create a token with access to daily, sleep, activity, workout,
stress, resilience, spo2.
3. Paste the token in the integration settings.

- daily summary (sleep, activity, readiness)
- sleep sessions (long_sleep, nap, rest)
- sleep time-series (HR, HRV, stages, movement)
- workouts
- stress & resilience
- SpO2 & breathing disturbance
Generated Metrics
Privacy & Security
Data is transferred via Oura Cloud API v2 over HTTPS. The token is stored encrypted on the server. Oura does not gain access to your other health-os data.
